These General Terms and Conditions always apply when you use our Website or make an order on our Website. They provide important information for you as a buyer. Please read them carefully.


Website: The MyGBL shop website, which can be found at and all its sub-domains.

Customer: The natural or legal person acting in a professional or business capacity who enters an agreement with MyGBL, and/or is registered on the Website.

Agreement: Any arrangement or agreement between MyGBL and the Customer of which the General Terms and Conditions shall form part.

General Terms and Conditions: These General Terms and Conditions.

Application of the General Terms and Conditions

The General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, agreements, and deliveries of MyGBL, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. If, in the order, confirmation, or other communication alleging acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions, the Customer includes provisions that differ from or are not included in the General Terms and Conditions, such provisions will be binding on MyGBL only if MyGBL has previously accepted them in writing. In cases where product or service specific terms and conditions apply in addition to these General Terms and Conditions, the Customer may always invoke the applicable term or condition that is most favorable to the Customer in case of inconsistency of the General Terms and Conditions.

Pricing and Information

All prices displayed on the Website and in other materials from MyGBL include taxes and other government levies, unless otherwise indicated on the Website.

If shipping costs are charged, they will be clearly indicated in due time before the conclusion of the Agreement. These costs will also be shown separately in the order process. The content of the Website is composed with the utmost care. However, MyGBL cannot guarantee that all information on the Website is correct and complete at all times. All prices and other information displayed on the Website and in other MyGBL materials are subject to obvious programming and typing errors. MyGBL is not responsible for any color discrepancies resulting from the quality of the colors displayed on the screen.

Conclusion of the Agreement

The Agreement shall be deemed concluded when the Customer accepts MyGBL’s offer subject to the terms and conditions defined by MyGBL. If the Customer has accepted the offer electronically, MyGBL will promptly confirm acceptance of the offer electronically. As long as this receipt has not been confirmed, the Customer will have the option to withdraw from the Agreement. If it is found that the Customer has provided incorrect data in accepting or entering the Agreement, MyGBL will not be able to properly perform its obligations until the correct data from the Customer is received.


To make the best use of the Website, the Customer may register using the registration form/account login option on the Website. During the registration process, the customer will be asked to choose a username and password to log in to the Website. The Customer is solely responsible for choosing a password that is sufficiently secure. The Customer shall keep his login details, username, and password strictly confidential. MyGBL cannot be held responsible for any misuse of login details and is always entitled to assume that the Customer logging into the Website is the party they claim to be. The Customer is responsible for all actions and transactions made through their account and assumes all risk. If the Customer knows or has reason to believe that their login information has become accessible to unauthorized third parties, the Customer will be asked to change their password as soon as possible and/or notify MyGBL accordingly to enable MyGBL to take appropriate action.

Execution of the Agreement

Upon receipt of the order, MyGBL will ship the products to the Customer without delay in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3 of this article. MyGBL is authorized to engage third parties to perform its obligations under the Agreement. Well in advance of the date of signing the Agreement, information will be published on the Website. This information will clearly describe the manner and time frame in which the products will be delivered. If no delivery time has been agreed or stated, the products shall be delivered within 30 days at the latest. If MyGBL is not able to deliver the products within the agreed time, it shall inform the Customer. In this case, the Customer can decide to accept a new delivery date or to cancel the Agreement without any costs. MyGBL advises the Customer to inspect the products upon delivery and to report any defects in a timely manner, preferably in writing or by email. For more details, see the article on Warranty and Compliance. The risk associated with the products will pass to the Customer as soon as the products are delivered to the agreed delivery address. If the product ordered can no longer be supplied, MyGBL is entitled to deliver a product of comparable nature and quality to the product ordered. In this case, the Customer shall have the right to cancel the Agreement free of charge and return the product free of charge.

Right of Withdrawal/Return

The Customer shall have the right to cancel the distance Agreement with MyGBL within 14 calendar days after receipt of the product, free of charge and without reason.

The time period begins on the day following receipt of the product by the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer, who is not the carrier, or:

– if the delivery of a product involves different deliveries or parts: on the day the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer, receives the last delivery or part;

– with agreements for the regular delivery of products during a given period: on the day the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer, receives the last product;

– if the Customer has ordered several products: on the day the Customer, or a third party designated by the Customer, receives the last product.

Only the direct costs related to the return are to be paid by the Customer. This means that the Customer shall pay the cost of returning the product. All shipping costs paid by the Customer and the purchase price paid for the product will be refunded to the Customer if the entire order is returned. During the withdrawal period referred to in paragraph 1 above, the Customer shall handle the product and its packaging with the utmost care. The Customer may only open the packaging or use the product if this is necessary to determine the nature of the products, their characteristics, and their function. The Customer shall only be liable for any devaluation of the product that results from his handling of the product other than as authorized by MyGBL. The Customer may withdraw from the Agreement in accordance with paragraph 1 of this article by notifying the withdrawal (in digital or other form) to MyGBL, within the withdrawal period, by means of the standard form for the right of withdrawal or in another unequivocal manner. If MyGBL allows the Customer to report their withdrawal by electronic/digital means, upon receipt of such report, MyGBL shall send an immediate confirmation of receipt. As soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after the day of the report referred to in paragraph 1, the Customer shall return the product or deliver it to (a representative of) MyGBL. The Customer may return the product directly to MyGBL without notice of withdrawal in advance within the time period mentioned in paragraph 1. In this case, the Customer shall include a written notice of withdrawal, such as the standard form. Any sums already paid by the Customer (in advance) will be refunded to the Customer as soon as possible, in any event within 14 days of the termination of the Agreement. If the Customer has chosen an expensive method of delivery rather than the cheapest standard delivery, MyGBL shall not refund the additional cost of the more expensive method. Except in cases where MyGBL has offered to collect the product itself, it may postpone the refund until it has received the product or until the Customer proves that they have returned the product, whichever is sooner. Information regarding the applicability or otherwise of the right of withdrawal and any required procedure shall be clearly posted on the Website, well in advance of the conclusion of the Agreement.


The Customer shall pay amounts due to MyGBL in accordance with the ordering process and payment methods indicated on the Website. MyGBL is free to offer any payment method of its choice and may change such methods at any time.

Warranty and Compliance

This section applies only if the Customer is not acting in a professional or commercial capacity. If, notwithstanding the latter provision, MyGBL provides a separate warranty on products, this applies to all types of customers. MyGBL warrants that the products conform to the Agreement, to the specifications set out in the offer, to reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability and to the legal and/or regulatory provisions in force at the date of signing the Agreement.

If expressly agreed, MyGBL shall also warrant that the product is suitable for purposes other than its normal use. Any warranty offered by MyGBL, the manufacturer or importer shall not affect any legal rights and claims that the Customer already has and may assert under the Agreement. If the delivered product does not meet the requirements of the Agreement, the Customer may notify MyGBL within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. If MyGBL believes that the complaint is justified, the affected products will be repaired, replaced, or refunded after consultation with the Customer. In accordance with the article concerning Liability, the refund cannot exceed the price paid for the product by the Customer.

Complaint Procedure

If the Customer has any product related complaints (as per the article on Warranty and Compliance) and/or regarding other aspects of the MyGBL service, the Customer may submit a complaint by phone or email. See contact information at the bottom of the General Terms and Conditions. MyGBL will respond to the complaint as soon as possible, and in any case within 7 days of receipt. If it is not yet possible for MyGBL to provide a substantive response to the complaint at that time, MyGBL will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 7 days of receipt and indicate the time frame within which it expects to be able to provide a substantive or final response to the Customer’s complaint.


This article only applies if the Customer is a natural or legal person acting in a professional or commercial capacity. MyGBL’s total liability to the Customer for any failure to execute the Agreement is limited to compensation not exceeding the price stipulated for that Agreement (including VAT). MyGBL’s liability to the Customer for consequential damage or loss – which in any event includes, but is not expressly limited to, consequential damage, loss of profit, lost savings, loss of data, and loss resulting from business interruption – is excluded.

Except as provided in the two preceding paragraphs of this section, MyGBL shall have no liability to the Customer for damages, regardless of the basis on which the claim for damages is asserted. The limitations set out in this section shall cease to apply, however, if and to the extent that the damage or loss results from an intentional act or gross negligence on the part of MyGBL.

MyGBL shall only be liable to the Customer for a default attributable to the execution of an agreement if the Customer gives proper notice of default to MyGBL, stipulating a reasonable period of time in which to remedy the default, and MyGBL still continues to fail to comply with its obligations after that period. The notice of default shall contain as detailed a description of the failure as possible to enable MyGBL to provide an adequate response. Any event giving rise to a claim for compensation shall always be subject to the condition that the Customer notifies MyGBL in writing as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days after the occurrence of the damage or loss. In case of force majeure, MyGBL is not obliged to pay compensation for damage or loss caused by the Customer.

Retention of Title

Until the Customer has made full payment of the agreed total amount, MyGBL shall retain ownership of all goods delivered.

Personal Details

MyGBL will process the Customer’s personal data in accordance with the privacy statement published on the Website in compliance with the GDPR.

Final Provisions

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the country in which MyGBL is established. Unless otherwise provided by mandatory law, any dispute arising out of the Agreement shall be submitted to the competent French court in the department where MyGBL has its registered office. If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the General Terms and Conditions as a whole. In that event, the Parties shall establish one or more new replacement provisions that reflect the original provision to the extent possible under law. The term “writing” in these General Terms and Conditions also refers to communication by electronic mail and fax, provided that the identity of the sender and the integrity of the electronic message have been sufficiently established.
